How do I order a wedding cake?

When should I order my wedding cake?

Because of the care and attention to detail that go into our cakes and desserts, availability is limited. We recommend securing your date at least six months in advance. We’ll try to accommodate last minute orders but availability is limited. If you want to check if your date is open, fill out an inquiry form and we’ll get back to you.

How much will my wedding cake cost?

Cake pricing depends heavily on the design, flavor and tiers. You’ll receive a custom quote after discussing your design with us. Cutting cakes generally start at: 6-inch for $200, 8-inch for $300, & 10-inch for $400.

Is there an order minimum?

We don’t have a strict minimum order requirement for wedding cakes or dessert tables. Instead, minimums are set during your consultation based on your unique design, guest count, and the time and complexity required for your order.

How do cake tastings work?

Cake tastings are offered as to‑go sample packs that you can pick up and enjoy at your convenience. We do not currently have space for full in‑house tastings, but are happy to prepare a curated selection of flavors for you to try at home. There is a small tasting fee based on your selections, and this amount is fully credited toward your final wedding invoice if you decide to book with us.

What down-payment is required and is it refundable?

Down-payment is typically 50% of total cost and fully refundable up until 3 months before the wedding date. Down-payments within 3 months of the wedding date are 50% refundable, and within 2 weeks is not refundable.

Do you have vegan, gluten-free, or nut-free options?

We have gluten-free, vegan and nut-free options available. But because we operate in a shared kitchen space some cross contamination is possible even with precautions. So we cannot guarantee any products are free from certain allergens.

Do you deliver for weddings?

Yes! Delivery is available for all wedding cakes and required for cakes three tiers and larger. Delivery within Northern Indiana, Southwest Michigan, Chicago & Grand Rapids. But we may be able to accommodate additional locations on request. We will provide a quote based on a fixed $50 fee plus mileage.
